Payments are required to be made in full before the beginning of the hire period
You will be sent a copy of these terms on payment for you to sign before the item has been posted to you along with details of the item condition and replacement cost if damaged.
All costume and accessories remain the Property of Amy Charlotte Bespoke Ltd, this agreement covers the rental of the item described in the copy sent to you.
Costumes should be returned promptly by 5pm on the agreed date, failure to do so will incur a surcharge of £10 per day,
The hirer is not permitted to wash, tumble dry or dry clean the costume
The hirer is not permitted to alter the costume in anyway or attache any sticky labels or badge to any part of the garment.
The hirer is required to refrain from smoking, drinking (except water) or eating while wearing the costume.
Any Damage caused by not following this terns will be charges at the full replacement value, stated on the form issued before shipping.
The Deposit will be held/ or the cost of a full replacement issues if
A costumes is returned beyond reasonable repair
A costume is returned needed specialised dry cleaning
A costume is returned with permanent damage for example burns or rips
A costume is returned with missing items
Any modifications which have not been approved by Amy Charlotte Bespoke Ltd have been carried out on the garment
A costume has body fluid stains
A costume is not returned to Amy Charlotte Bespoke Ltd at the Address and using the method of return issued
Insurance while the costume is on hire is the hirer’s responsibility
Amy Charlotte Bespoke Ltd will not be held responsible for any injury, damage or loss sustained while wearing one of our costumes
